Start with the uncertainty
An MVP should test an important assumption, not simply deliver a smaller version of your full idea. Define the audience, the problem and the behavior you need to observe.
Choose one useful journey
Map the shortest end-to-end journey that delivers value. Prioritize the core task over secondary features, and document what you are deliberately leaving out.
Agree on evidence
Decide what success looks like before implementation: task completion, repeated use or a qualified conversation. Combine observations with user interviews instead of relying only on page views.
Build for the next decision
Use maintainable foundations without over-engineering for hypothetical scale. The first release should make the next product decision clearer.
